Visitor comments:

March 2018  Noeline  One of our favourite stop overs. Friendly locals, we stayed a week

Feb 2019 Mark  This is the epitome of good old fashioned country generosity and hospitality. A safe, quiet, area with a load of history, including gold mining and the Tuapeka Punt. A Definite must visit. Get away from the overcrowding of the big tourist areas and enjoy a small town NZ welcome and check out the history.

I was so happy here. Enjoying telling my whanau about my childhood. Some of the best memories of my life. Never stopped loving you Tuapeka Mouth.

Had a very enjoyable morning in Tuapeka mouth. Murray and I were married here on 11.1.69.
